The main advantage of a dental implant based tooth replacement is that the adjacent tooth doesn't need to be ground down. We can extract the tooth and place in the dental implant in the same time. We have special dental implants for these cases.

This allows us to create temporary abutment onto the dental implant and an implant supported crown as a final tooth replacement.

State of the art dental implantology uses metal free abutments and metal free crowns. This is one of the most biocompatible material and gives the best optical appearance.
