Bone preservative extraction
When planning an implant based dental replacement the most important is to preserve the bone surrounding the missing tooth.
At traditional extractions the edge of the bone breaks and cracks. As a consequence there will not be enough bone left for an implant. Whereas with bone preservative extraction special devices are used to avoid bone demage so in most cases the implant can be placed in immediately.
